I have had the recent opportunity to work with DataTrust on a project at the Dauphin Island Campground. We were struggling with poor signal throughout the campground with the prior system. They designed a new system that has proven to work very well in a rather complex environment. Throughout the entire process - from their initial response to the request for proposals through the completion of the project - they were very professional, knowledgable, easy to work with, and very flexible. When we struggled to complete needed electrical components of the project (that we were responsible for), they proposed out-of-the-box solutions that worked well. Back when it was not possible to get good internet coverage on Dauphin Island, they designed and built a system for us from scratch, making it as future proof as possible, beaming it over from a tower across the Mississippi Sound, and then sending it through our buildings on a network that they designed. Now that there is fiber, they seamlessly switched over to fiber and set up multiple networks for us. Later, we added cameras for two Condominium complexes and they were a joy to work with.
